Why just put them on a bed, I asked myself. So I refurbished my sofa with one. It works! Now I have some dreamy seating. I'm not sure how I ever slept on a regular mattress or foam pad. There is no comparison! My first night of sleep was for 24 hours because I was so sleep deprived. I like the 4 inch pads. Keep watching the sales; you can buy a Cal-King if you have to for the super price, and then cut to fit. Imagine sleeping on a drifting cloud, with not a single bone on your body touching a solid surface!! Heaven! It's therapeutic beyond words; an instant stress remover. This mattress topper is treated with CRUSHED GREEN TEA !! Total Zen.

The pad doesn't have a terrible odor, but for whatever reason it was too much for us. Since it was green tea infused, we were concerned the smell was tied to the green tea and would stick around. On the plus side, it did seem fairly comfortable in our brief test, although we didn't sleep on it before returning it.
